He later expanded his expertise across both Melbourne and South East Queensland, developing a strong understanding of diverse markets and client needs.
His career then progressed into the professional football industry, where he successfully negotiated player transfers and contracts across Europe and Australia. This experience further strengthened his commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and high-level negotiation skills. Drawing on this global exposure, Dylan’s passion for people, performance, and property ultimately led him back to real estate, where he now focuses on strategic recruitment and talent development.
