Local shopping centre and childcare complex ‘Maudsland Village’ has been sold for $2,875,000 by Jim Payne of Ray White Commercial Southport.

The marketing campaign produced 50 enquiries from local and interstate buyers however a local Gold Coast company was the successful purchaser.

Properties of this calibre are hard to find and when they do come on the market are keenly sought after.
The complex was developed and opened in 2008 and sits on 4,925m²* of land, directly opposite the Coomera Lodge Hotel which is located on the Coomera River.
